Cork & Cask opened their doors in 2013 and have been dedicated to providing their customers with the best handpicked wine, beers and spirits. The team cite that being independent means that they have the freedom to select the very best products possible - and they're very proud of their range of spirits, beers and wines. Cork & Cask is a team of 5, all whisky fans, with their own unique favourites. In general though, they are independent bottler lovers, and dedicated to finding interesting new expressions and single cask whiskies.
All 5 of the team live in Leith, and first discovered Rare Find through the previous Gleann Mòr warehouse on Jane Street. When we asked them why Rare Find, their answer was simply "John is a nice guy, Greg is a nice guy, they make and sell nice whisky"
Rare Find is often featured for their in-shop tasting events; keep an eye on their socials and on the website for details. Throughout December Cork & Cask will be featuring many different options to adorn your festive table, then onto planning their 2025 Summer Fair & Winter Wine Fairs; these are run in the local Marchmont St Giles Church.
