An Exclusive Bottling for The University of Glasgow
A tribute to Craftsmanship and Heritage
Rare Find was delighted to bottle an exclusive single cask from Dalrymple for The University of Glasgow.
Distilled in the Lowlands in 2014, this single malt spent most of its life in a refill sherry butt before being carefully re-racked into a dechar-rechar ex-sherry cask. The subtle, refined influence added during its final months in this rejuvenated hogshead enhances the whisky's depth without overpowering the original distillery character.
The release was selected by the University of Glasgow Gift Shop for its exceptional balance and is limited to just 342 bottles worldwide. It's a true collector's item - as well as a wonderful Rare Find dram.
