From Bodegas to Bottle
Barbadillo's historic sherry casks, steeped in centuries of expertise, bring with them an unmistakable depth and character. When matched with Rare Find's carefully selected single malt Scotch whiskies, the result is something genuinely special: whisky shaped by two cultures, thousands of miles apart, yet perfectly aligned in tradition, precision and purpose.
Tamdhu whiskies are renowned for their rich, sherried character and unwavering commitment to traditional Speyside craftsmanship. The distillery’s name, derived from Gaelic meaning “little dark hill,” reflects its quiet strength and heritage.
With its dedication to sherry cask maturation and traditional methods, Tamdhu stands as a beacon of Speyside excellence, and we were delighted to finish this spirit in one of the Bodegas Barbadillo American oak hogsheads, seasoned with Oloroso sherry.
