As the only distillery in Scotland with a hammer mill and mash filter (installed in 2000) the whisky from Teaninich is characteristically clear, with a fragrant exotic grassiness that brings to mind Japanese green tea and coumarin-rich bison grass. This legacy Rare Find expression matured in a Bourbon cask and was bottled by Gleann Mor in 2017.
