This curated tasting experience will guide you from a small-batch single malt from Speyside, The Mortlach, finished in a Shiraz cask (now sold out!), to a remarkable 30-year-old Glenlossie matured in a single cask. This single malt is characterized by its natural color, unchillfiltered quality, and cask strength.
Next, a 34-year-old Blended Scotch, which triumphed in the "Blended Limited Release" category for 12 years and over (and recently won an IWSC award as well). This blend consists of one grain and three single malts, all distilled in 1989.
Finally, our exceptional Bunnahabhain 40 YO, a small-batch single malt from Islay that has garnered accolades for its remarkable quality (21 years and over) - awarded overall winner in its cateogry at the World Whiskies Awards 2025. This exquisite whisky is a vatting of five refill sherry casks distilled in 1980.
TASTING NOTES
A bold scent of red berries and Parma ham on the nose is followed by fresh plum, raspberry jam and cranberry sauce on the palate. Bright and fruity on the finish with lingering black pepper.
